Founded in 1975, Wuxi Universal Precision Casting Co., Ltd has taken shape as a specialized company in investment casting and machining. The casting products are mainly applied to equipment components in petrochemical, food, sewage treatment, electricity, shipping, metallurgy, energy, military, marine industries, etc.Over 80% of the products export to Germany, UK, France, USA, Canada, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan, South Africa, Indonesia,etc. The main casting materials are: stainless steel CF8, CF8M, CF3M, CF3 and duplex steel 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A. The production technique is fewer cutting of investment casting with 3 sets medium frequency electric furnaces, 500 kg, 250 kg and 150 kg. The company's annual investment casting capacity is 2500 tons. The total machining facilities are more than 100 sets, including 1 horizontal machining center, 4 vertical machining centers, 5 CNC vertical lathes, 13 CNC lathes. We have complete inspection facilities: Germany Spectrometer of chemical analysis, mechanical properties of tensile, yield, section reduction tests, impact tests with room temperature and -196 ºC, also PT, UT, MT for NDT.
